Welcome to GDH Music, LLC (“GDH Music,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking systems, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

GDH Music provides creative and technical services including studio rentals, audio post-production, music composition and production, live audio engineering, and creative consulting. Some services may be subject to separate agreements, which will take precedence where applicable.

You agree to use our services lawfully, respectfully, and in compliance with all applicable rules. Misuse of services, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Bookings may require deposits, fees, or advance payments. Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking or through the applicable service terms.

All content, recordings, music, designs, and other materials created or provided by GDH Music remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership or licensing terms for specific projects will be defined separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDH Music is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from use of our services or facilities. Clients are responsible for their conduct and for any damages caused while using our services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
