What services do you offer?

Recording, post-production, music composition, sound design, mixing, mastering, and live sound services. We also help artists refine their workflow and guide music production from concept to completion.

Do you offer podcast services?

Yes. We have extensive experience producing audio podcasts and final deliverables. Video podcast recording is also available as an option.

Can you work remotely?

Yes. We collaborate with clients worldwide through secure file transfers and remote sessions.

Do you work outside the studio?

Yes. We have extensive experience in live sound and field recording for concerts, events, and location work.

Booking

How do I book a session?

Reach out via the contact form with your project details, and we’ll follow up to discuss your needs and confirm availability.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full.

Rates & Payment

What are your rates?

Rates vary by service. Custom quotes are available for each project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, digital payment platforms, ACH transfers, checks, and Zelle. Credit cards and digital platforms have a 3% processing fee, ACH transfers have a 1% fee, and checks or Zelle are always fee-free.

Studios

Where are you located?

Near downtown Culver City, California, on Robertson Boulevard right off the 10 Freeway.

Do you rent your studios?

Yes. Robertson Studios offers long-term, acoustically treated creative spaces for artists, producers, and other professionals.

Projects & Deliverables

How do we transfer files?

We typically use Dropbox for file delivery but can work with any preferred transfer platform.

How soon will I receive my finished project?

Turnaround depends on scope and will be clearly communicated during onboarding. Most post-production projects take 3–7 business days.

Do you provide revisions?

Yes. Revisions are included as agreed in your project terms.
